Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following changes. Deletes changes concerning the number of members of the Board of Commissioners of America's Central Port District. Deletes changes concerning the number of members of the Board of Commissioners of America's Central Port District that are needed to transact business.

Amends the Fair and Exposition Authority Reconstruction Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Fair and Exposition Authority
Reconstruction Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:
(70 ILCS 215/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 1250.1)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Fair and Exposition Authority Reconstruction Act".
