2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business
5Practices Act is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 505/12) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 272)
7 Sec. 12.
8 This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
9"Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act".
