1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Pretrial Services Act is amended by
5changing Section 25 as follows:
6 (725 ILCS 185/25) (from Ch. 38, par. 325)
7 Sec. 25. The The agency shall provide written notification
8to supervised persons of court appearance obligations, and may
9require their periodic reporting by letter, telephone or
10personal appearance to verify such compliance.
