1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
5amended by changing Section 102-7 as follows:
6 (725 ILCS 5/102-7) (from Ch. 38, par. 102-7)
7 Sec. 102-7. "Bail bond". "Bail bond" means an undertaking
8secured by bail entered into by a person in custody by which
9which he binds himself to comply with such conditions as are
10set forth therein.
