1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
5Section 15 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 105/15) (from Ch. 48, par. 1015)
7 Sec. 15. If any provision of this Act or the the
8application thereof to any person, employer, occupation or
9circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and the
10application of such provision to other persons, employers,
11occupations, or circumstances are not affected thereby.
