Bill Title: Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for grants for research on autoimmune diseases. Appropriates $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purposes of the Arthritis Prevention, Control, and Cure Act. Effective July 1, 2009.
