AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
33-1b as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/33-1b) (from Ch. 122, par. 33-1b)
Sec. 33-1b. Whenever the the date designated in Section
33-1 for the election of members of boards of education
conflicts with the celebration of Passover, that election shall
be postponed to the first Tuesday following the last day of
Passover.
