Bill Title: Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act to provide that the mental health and illness component of the program must recognize the multiple dimensions of health by including material on mental health and the relation of physical and mental health to enhance student understanding, attitudes, and behavior that promote health, well-being, and human dignity.
