Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Creates Bronze Star with Valor plates that the Secretary of State may issue to Illinois residents, or their surviving spouses, that have been awarded the Bronze Star with "V" device by the United States Armed Forces. Creates Army Commendation Medal with Valor plates that the Secretary of State may issue to Illinois residents, or their surviving spouses, that have been awarded the Army Commendation Medal with "V" device by the United States Army.
