Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that upon the applicant's request, the Secretary of State may issue a driver's license or other State identification card to the applicant that does not display the street portion of the applicant's residence address. Provides that the driver's license or State identification card issued to the applicant shall display, at a minimum, the applicant's city, state, and zip code portion of the applicant's residence address. Effective immediately.
