Bill Title: Amends the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act. Provides that a municipality, county, or township may not mandate that a fire sprinkler systems is installed in any newly constructed single-family residence. Provides that a municipality, county, or township shall mandate that a residential home builder must offer to each of the residential home builder's clients the option to install a fire sprinkler system in the newly constructed single-family residence. Pre-empts home rule.
