Bill Title: Amends the School Safety Drill Act. Provides that law enforcement drills shall be conducted on days and times when students are present in the building. Requires full-time school staff to participate in the drill. Provides that contractual or part-time staff may participate in the drill at the school's discretion, but shall receive training regarding the school's crisis response plans, protocols, and procedures. Effective July 1, 2017.
