Bill Title: Amends the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act. Provides that the court shall order payment of $500 for a controlled substance trafficking violation to the State Treasurer for deposit into the State Board of Education Special Purpose Trust Fund, for the purpose of a grant program administered by the Illinois State Board of Education for primary and secondary schools to apply for a grant for drug prevention and mental health services.
