Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, in Cook County, service of notice of the expiration of the period of redemption may be made by a private detective, but only if the purchaser or assignee also delivers the notice to a sheriff (or the sheriff is disqualified, to a coroner) for attempted service. Effective immediately.
