Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that whenever the Secretary of State issues an administrative order requiring the use of an ignition interlock device, a driver's license containing an ignition interlock device restriction shall be issued. Requires the administrative order to set forth the duration of the restriction and any other applicable terms and conditions. Provides that individuals required to use an ignition interlock device shall only operate vehicles in which that device is installed. Deletes obsolete language regarding judicial driving permits. Effective July 1, 2015.
