Bill Title: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that the cost of a new or renewed Firearm Owner's Identification Card shall be $10 plus applicable processing fees. Provides that the cost of a corrected, lost, destroyed, or stolen Card shall be $5, plus applicable processing fees. Provides that the fees deposited into the State Police Firearm Services Fund shall exclude fees collected for payment processing.
