Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, in counties with a population of less than 3,000,000, a complaint to affect the assessment of property shall be filed on or before 60 calendar days (instead of 30 calendar days) after the date of publication of the assessment list if the appeal contains an appraisal. Effective immediately.
