Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. In the statute concerning grooming, defines "child" as a person under 17 years of age. Changes the statute concerning traveling to meet a minor. Amends the Sex Offender Management Board Act and the Sex Offender Registration Act to make conforming changes.
