Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that a deduction for distributions under the provisions of a retirement plan for employees of a governmental agency or unit is limited to $60,000 if the taxpayer is not 67 years of age or older during the taxable year. Effective immediately.
