Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, any suspension or revocation of a business license under the Act must be approved by (1) the majority vote of the county board of the county in the business is located, if the business is not located within a municipality or (2) the majority vote of the corporate authorities of the municipality in which the business is located, if the business is located within a municipality.
