Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that, for a period of 5 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act (rather than for a period of 3 years after the effective date of Public Act 96-762), an organization licensee may maintain a system whereby advance deposit wagering may take place or an organization licensee may contract with another person to carry out a system of advance deposit wagering. Effective immediately.
