Bill Title: Amends the Cannabis Control Act, the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, and the Unified Code of Corrections. In provisions relating to probation for persons who have not been previously convicted of a felony offense, removes provisions requiring probation to be 24 months or at least 24 months and specified conditions of probation. Effective immediately.
