Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to provide that, notwithstanding any healthcare provider agreement with any insurer or administrator, no accident and health insurance policy or managed care plan shall charge a copayment that is more than 50% of the total billed charges for services provided to an insured or enrollee during a visit to a healthcare provider.
