Bill Title: Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall allow the supervised clinical portion of an approved certified nursing assistant training program to be completed either (i) on site at an assisted living establishment or supportive living establishment that demonstrates the ability to meet Department clinical training and resident acuity requirements or (ii) at a licensed skilled nursing or intermediate care facility through an affiliation agreement approved by the Department. Requires the Department to allow an individual to satisfy the supervised clinical experience requirement for placement on the Health Care Worker Registry through supervised clinical training completed at an assisted living establishment, a supportive living facility, or an affiliated site approved by the Department. Provides that the Department shall adopt rules requiring that the Health Care Worker Registry include information identifying where an individual received clinical training and shall amend any applicable rules as necessary to implement the amendatory provisions.
