Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a prisoner serving a sentence for attempt to commit predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, attempt to commit aggravated criminal sexual assault, attempt to commit criminal sexual assault, or attempt to commit aggravated kidnapping when any of those offenses are committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each month of his or her sentence of imprisonment.
