Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Gambling Act. Provides that if the Gaming Board does not issue all licenses within the time period specified under current law, then the Gaming Board shall reopen the license application process for those authorized licenses that have not been issued. Extends the relevant time frames for reopened license applications. Effective immediately.
