Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Allows a person who is at least 18 years of age (instead of 19 years of age) to be licensed as a paraprofessional educator. Provides that an applicant for a paraprofessional educator endorsement must pass the paraprofessional competency test within 90 days after employment.
