Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986. Relocates the Community Youth Employment Program to the Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources instead of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall administer the competitive grant program to provide up to 5,000 youths with stipends or wages, or both, and supervision for up to a 10-week summer work program. Repeals the Community Youth Employment Act. Effective immediately.
