Bill Title: Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Provides that the monthly amount transferred from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the Grade Crossing Protection Fund shall be increased in each fiscal year by the percentage increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the most recent 12-month period for which data is available on July 1 of the fiscal year for which the monthly grade crossing protection amount is calculated. Effective immediately.
