Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Increases from $25 to $50 the monthly fee imposed by the court for a minor placed on supervision, probation, or conditional discharge. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Eliminates provisions that the circuit court when imposing a probation fee in excess of $25, must use guidelines developed by the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts and must have authorized, by administrative order issued by the chief judge, the creation of a Crime Victim's Services Fund, to be administered by the Chief Judge or his or her designee, for services to crime victims and their families.
