Bill Title: Amends the DUI Prevention and Education Commission Act. Provides that on the first day of each month, the State Treasurer and State Comptroller shall transfer $20,000 from the Roadside Memorial Fund to the DUI Prevention and Education Fund, in addition to the State Comptroller directing and the State Treasurer transferring, on or before June 30 of each year, any remaining balance in excess of $30,000 from the Roadside Memorial Fund to the DUI Prevention and Education Fund.
