Bill Title: Amends the Smoke Free Illinois Act. Provides that "retail tobacco store" does not include a tobacco or electronic cigarette department or section of a larger commercial establishment or any establishment with any type of food or restaurant license (now, the term does not include a tobacco or electronic cigarette department or section of a larger commercial establishment or any establishment with any type of liquor, food, or restaurant license). Effective immediately.
