Bill Title: Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that the requirement where a facility sells at retail more than 10,000 gallons of diesel or biodiesel fuel per month shall not be considered or relied upon by the Illinois Gaming Board as the basis to deny renewal of a licensed truck stop establishment license and a licensed large truck stop establishment license.
