Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning coverage for medically fragile and technology dependent children, provides that subject to federal approval, on and after July 1, 2026 the reimbursement rates paid to providers of private duty nursing services for children eligible for medical assistance shall be 25% higher than the reimbursement rates in effect for nursing services on June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2026.
