Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Gambling Act. Provides that the Illinois Gaming Board shall create, by no later than January 1, 2025, a website that allows an individual to place the individual's name on the self-exclusion list maintained by the Board. Directs the Board to adopt rules to implement and administer this requirement.
