Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Allows the Department of the Lottery to offer interactive instant win games through the Internet program. Requires the private manager to obtain the Director of the Lottery's approval before commencing the interactive instant win games program. Defines "interactive instant win game". Effective immediately.
