Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Provides that an area that is located within the jurisdiction of 5 or more municipalities and located in a county in which a military base is located on the effective date of the amendatory Act is qualified to be designated as an enterprise zone if the total area comprises a minimum of one-half square mile and not more than 16 square miles (instead of 12 square miles) in total area, exclusive of lakes and waterways, and meets all other criteria for eligibility. Effective immediately.
