Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that, in addition to other specified exemptions, the Code does not apply to contracts for the maintenance and support of an integrated tax processing software package designed to support the implementation, processing, and management of multiple taxes, so long as the maintenance and support contract is entered into with the developer of the underlying tax management system. Effective immediately.
