Bill Title: Amends the State Comptroller Act. Provides that the Comptroller may provide in his rules and regulations for periodic transfers, with the approval of the State Treasurer, for use in accordance with the imprest system, to the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, not to exceed $100,000 (instead of $15,000). Effective immediately.
