Bill Title: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that the trier of fact may infer that a licensee knowingly carried a firearm on or into a building, premises, or real property specified in the Act as a prohibited area, if the licensee has completed the firearm training as prescribed in the Act.
