Bill Title: Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, together with the State budget, the Governor shall file a report with the General Assembly containing the following: the actual or projected fund balances, revenues, and expenditures for all appropriated funds for the previous fiscal year, the current fiscal year, and the upcoming fiscal year. Effective immediately.
