Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that beginning July 1, 2022, the Department of the Lottery shall distribute proceeds from certain lottery tickets and shares sold in the specified priority and manner, beginning with the payment of prizes and retailer bonuses. Provides that as a result of findings by the Office of the Auditor General, annual net lottery proceeds from fiscal years 2017 through 2021 from the State Lottery Fund to the Common School Fund were made in excess of proceeds available to transfer, resulting in required transfers to the Capital Projects Fund not being made. Provides that to reconcile the amounts owed, certain one-time transfers to the appropriate funds shall be made. Makes conforming changes in the Act. Effective immediately.
