Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Exempts Secretary of State vehicles from a provision that 25% of vehicles purchased with State funds shall be vehicles fueled by electricity, compressed natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, or liquid natural gas. Effective immediately.
