Bill Title: Amends the Probate Act of 1975. Allows a ward in guardianship to marry if the ward understands the nature, effect, duties, and obligations of marriage. Provides that prior consent of the guardian of the person or estate or approval of the court is not required for the ward to enter into a marriage. Provides that a guardian may contest the validity of a marriage under the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act.
