Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that a school bus that is equipped with safety belts for passengers is exempt from the tax under those Acts. Provides that the Acts' automatic sunset provisions do not apply to the exemption. Effective immediately.
