Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that for facilities licensed by the Department of Public Health under the Nursing Home Care Act as Intermediate Care for the Developmentally Disabled facilities or Long Term Care for Under Age 22 facilities, the rates taking effect on July 1, 2011 shall include a 3% increase. Effective July 1, 2011.
