Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act, the Local Mass Transit District Act, the Regional Transportation Authority Act, the Water Commission Act of 1985, and the State Finance Act. Removes provisions providing that a percentage of the tax proceeds collected under those Acts shall be deposited into the Tax Compliance and Administration Fund. Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois to reinstate an annual transfer from the Tax Compliance and Administration Fund to the General Revenue Fund. Effective immediately.
