Bill Title: Amends the Downstate Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the 5-year limitation on the amount of service credit that may be granted for certain military service does not apply to up to 30 days per calendar year of annual training or to time spent in involuntary service, drill or battle assembly, or other mandatory training. Effective immediately.
