Bill Title: Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Changes the distribution of 45.6% of motor fuel tax receipts from 37% to the State Construction Account Fund and 63% to the Road Fund to 63% to the State Construction Account Fund and 37% to the Road Fund. Effective July 1, 2013.
