Bill Title: Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that an owners licensee that conducted gambling operations prior to January 1, 2015 shall receive a dollar-for-dollar credit against the taxes imposed by the Act for any money paid to a local government or charitable organization. Effective immediately.
